Joby Gorillapod Focus + Ball Head X

The stand is supplied with a ball head with a quick-release plate (Arca-Swiss system compatibility).

Joby Gorillapod Focus is Joby's most sturdy and sturdy Gorillapod stand. The five (5) pound payload ensures that the Gorillapod Zoom can support heavy SLR cameras as well as large camcorders. The camera attaches to the Gorillapod with the universal 1/4 ”thread of the quick release plate. In addition, an adapter is included, so that accessories with a 3/8 ”thread can be attached to the stand. The ball head can be removed and the stand used without a ball head.

In many cases, a large pedestal stays at home when towing one is a hassle. The Gorillapod is again nicely compact, making it much easier to carry around. Now, at least, not taking a picture sticks to not being able to carry the tripod with you.

The Joby Gorillapod differs from a traditional stand in that you can adjust and bend it to different positions and locations thanks to the ball joints. You can even bend a tripod around a tree branch, pole, fence, boat edge, or even a racing car roll bar. The stand also stands in the traditional way with a tripod, for example on a table. Thanks to the foldable legs, the Gorillapod is made to stand firmly on an uneven surface.

Gorillapod Focus is designed for SLR cameras with optics, camcorders, and any studio accessory that attaches to a 3/8 ”thread.
