The Connect Video Monopod with S2 Pro Flat Base Fluid Video Head from Benro is a travel-ready video monopod providing a 5.5 lb load capacity. Ideal for small cameras and smartphones, this monopod and head system features three flip locks for quick and easy height adjustment and a locking base with a ball joint for smooth and stable shots. At the base of the unit, large foldout feet provide an extra element of stability, and they are also designed to smoothly fold up for compact travel.

Additionally, this monopod is designed to transform into a low angle tripod or hi hat by pulling down on the lock sleeve. This allows you to unscrew the video head and the three-leg base. These two pieces can then be connected to create a low angle tripod or hi hat. The base has a built-in ball with a locking knob for dynamic movements, or to level out your shot. When shooting in low angle mode, you can utilize the 90° notch for a vertical positioning. The 3-leg base also has three-position leg angle adjustment locks, so each leg can be individually adjusted when working on uneven surfaces.

The monopod comes equipped with the S2 PRO Flat Base Fluid Video Head as well. It is features a 60mm flat base with a 3/8"-16 thread, making it compatible with other flat surfaces such as sliders, jibs, and half ball adapters. Additional features of the head include pan and tilt lock, fixed pan and tilt drag, a bubble level, and two 1/4"-20 accessory mounts for attaching monitor arms or audio recorders directly to the head.
