This card features a storage capacity of 512GB, 3D TLC flash memory, and utilizes the PCIe 3.0 / NVMe 1.4 interface to achieve maximum sequential and sustained read speeds of 1800 MB/s, maximum sequential write speeds of 1700 MB/s, and maximum sustained write speeds of 1400 MB/s. This card also delivers an MTBF of 2 million hours, a Total Bytes Written (TBW) rating of 300TB, an Unrecoverable Bit Error Rate (UBER) of 1 sector per 1017 bits read, and is resistant to shock and vibration, as well as temperatures ranging from 14 to 158°F. Furthermore, there is integrated data protection, such as AES 256-bit encryption, data retention, firmware encryption, RAID ECC, TCG Opal, multi-image firmware backup, and more.
